Hi, how can I unlink the linked ov-chipkart? "delete card" in NS app deletes the card, but it's not actually unlinked from the account (can be checked from web), also when trying to add again (in the app) it responds with "card already added"

Very recently on this forum there were several other moreorless similar remarks-all about the app. Besides the usual and common disturbances it is much better to not use app, but website and mijnNS. IF a linked card has whatever tiny form of possible due payment on it, f.e. subscription or paying for some rides afterwards, NS will not tolerate that this goes without a linked bank-account!

Do you want to unlink the card from your Mijn NS-account only? If so, you can do that through the browser version of the website as bahnrider stated.
If you want to unlink your card as in cancel a subscription, our Customer Service can help you with that. You can find them on Facebook, Twitter, Chat and by phone on 030-7515155.
