I bought the e-ticket yesterday on the website, got the e-mail saying my order is ready, I downloaded the NS app, went to the links it sent me and I tried to download the tickets on my phone but it simply does not work. It says I do not have any tickets in My tickets. I do not know what to do and what I did wrong. How do I download my ticket?

When I read all your steps, I think you did all well.

In this case you better contact the NS Customerservice by phone. Call +31 30 751 51 55 (they are 24/7 available). 

At this Community travellers try to help other travellers, but we can not view each other's data.

I got the exact same problem, guess I need to call the number too then? Perhaps NS has to check why it’s not working if it happens more often
