I bought the e-ticket yesterday on the website, got the e-mail saying my order is ready, I downloaded the NS app, went to the links it sent me and I tried to download the tickets on my phone but it simply does not work. It says I do not have any tickets in My tickets. I do not know what to do and what I did wrong. How do I download my ticket?

When I read all your steps, I think you did all well.

In this case you better contact the NS Customerservice by phone. Call +31 30 751 51 55 (they are 24/7 available). 

At this Community travellers try to help other travellers, but we can not view each other's data.

I got the exact same problem, guess I need to call the number too then? Perhaps NS has to check why it’s not working if it happens more often


Happened to me today as well, ended up having my ticket printed at the NS booth in Ams Zuid and catching my train 20 seconds before departure. Reported to customer service.

 

Since this is affecting mostly international customers without an OV/NS card, I hope they investigate it.
