Hello. I did not pay the April payment of my NS basic service and they cancelled my suscription. I got money to pay it, but I do not know how to pay it and reactivate my suscription.

 

Please, help me.

You do need to pay the bill, it is €40,00 more expensive. 

 

NS does not cancel your subscription right away, your payment was long overdue, more than a month. When you have paid the subscription of the last month and the €40 you can order a new one; you have to pay in advance.

Pay in time, it is a lot cheaper.
