I am from Germany and I booked two tickets from Amsterdam to Venlo today and I didn't get the tickets yet either through email or in the app. 

It can take up to 20 minutes for the tickets to be received.

If more time has passed, you should contact customer service directly to speak to an NS employee about this. Assuming you're abroad, this is probably most easily done by chat (click the link Chat with NS on this page) or by sending a message on X (formerly Twitter) or Facebook.
