I have received an email to pay invoice  420011259206 for my travel cost, but when I go to my NS to see the invoice, there is no invoice availible and I do not know how to pay the travel cost to avoide any charges?

You can only see the invoice in MijnNS by log inn on the website.


I am already logged in but under payment overview it says there is no invoice!


In that case, contact Customer Service by phone (030-7515155), chat, Facebook or Twitter/X. There may be something wrong with your account, they should be able to solve this.
