My payment for the month of February should have been settled on March 9, but the money was not settled and rolled over to April. why is this?

We at this community do not have access to your payment details. I recommend contacting customer service for this.


The auto debit will probably take place on Monday. What the cost counter in Mijn NS or the NS app says is notoriously wrong.

Mine says next invoice April 30 but I’m sure I will get an invoice on April 9 (auto debit follows a few days later).
