I can't subscribe to a package flx ns Because the date of birth is not available in my account information in ns

How unfortunate! Can't you add the date of birth at all? I request to contact NS Customer Service about this, so they might add it for you.


See https://www.ns.nl/mijnns#/persoonsgegevens your date of birth should be there, and should be identical to the date of birth on your ov-chipcard (stored in the chip, not printed anymore).
