Dear NS,

There are no invoices to download when I go to “betalingsoverzicht” in my NS account. 
I have been paying NS every month now already for the past year through automatische incasso.

I have already talked to your customer service and was even sent to a central station nearby to ask the office workers. Unfortunately with no succes from either.

Can you please help me with this matter, because I need the invoices to be able to declare the travel costs from my work.

In that case there's probably something wrong with the link between your Mijn NS-account and your customer account in the NS-systems. Customer service should be able to resolve this. I'd advise you to contact them again. On this public community travellers help each other, and we cannot access your customer data.
