I kindly asked you to refund me to overpriced tickets. 
 

Your system charged me 5.00 for a 7 mins bus rid ( zaanstraat to sloterdijk)

And 4.00 euro from shipool airport to sassenheim ( bus drive)

Please recalculate as soon as possible 

from S´hol is probably even LESS as official fare-or the difference is minimal. Seeing these amounts its clear: you did NOT check out-as only then the proper amount can be calculated.
