I setup a new account, with a new email and password. When asked to login, I receive the message:
So, I requested a password reset link be sent to my email. I received the password reset email and successfully updated my password, making clear note of the new password. When I try to login, it fails again, and to go through the same steps over and over. I have probably tried 20 times, and it keeps failing.
I have called into customer service and after troubleshooting, they suggested I open a chat with support, but I don’t seem to get to chat with an agent, even if I wait for hours.
I have tried multiple browsers and multiple computers/devices, with no change.
