Paying monthly invoice

Hello, can you please help me set up the payment on MijnNS? I got your e-mail on the 17th of April with the number of invoice and the amount I need to pay but since then I can’t find that invoice on MijnNs. I also tried to change my bank account and it doesn’t allow me to do that. I have now a new bank account and also I would like to pay the amount from the last month so I can drive your trains without any worries. Please let me know how to pay my invoices and change my bank account.

Welcome to the NS Community, mbora995.

I’m sorry to read you can’t find your invoice in your Mijn NS-account. If the tab is completely empty your account might not be connected to your subscription correctly. Same thing for changing your bank account.
For both issues you can contact Customer Service.
