Hello,

I'm writing to you with a problem I had today with a rented bike. During the travel the tire got flat and I had to go to the nearest rental place to leave it and take a new one. Is there a possibility to get a refund of taking a new bike at the same day or a refund of having to leave a bike at the different rental place?
