Hello, I am posting here because I accidentally made a payment for an e-ticket twice. First was through ideal, but the payment took a while to process and I was going to miss my train so I made another purchase with my credit card. This worked, then the ideal order ******* also got processed later. Meaning that I paid twice but only used one ticket. Would it be possible to please get a refund for the ticket I did not use?
