I just received my invoice for November.

But when i checked my Mijn NS, my subscription is at €37.00 when I applied for €2.20 monthly, and the total expence if my travel cost is at €10 already when I don't travel yet.

This is happening so often.Why is it like this?

You mean the costs on the cost counter in your account, right? Unfortunately, this option is not working well most of the time. For the exact costs, you can check your monthly invoice.

What about my subscription?

why is it €37 already?
