I have had two OV-chipkaarts in total. The first one was lost in April 2023. Around October 2023, I subscribed to a new card and have been using it ever since. However, it’s strange that there are three cards listed in MijnNS. Two of these cards match my travel records, but they should have been recorded on the first card that I keep in my hand. The third card has no usage records. This is really odd, and both subscriptions for the first two cards are still active. Do you guys know why this happen? Thank you :)

I would like to ask you to contact chat service via phone, chat, Facebook or X. My colleague can then check which subscriptions are still active. You can delete the public transport chip cards you do not want to see in your My NS account.
