Your journey transactions cannot be retrieved

I added one more OV chipcard to my account and would like to see the previous travel transactions. However it keeps saying Your journey transactions cannot be retrieved. Would like to know how to solve this problem

Hi Ruizhi and welcome to the NS Community! 

Most of the time, you can't see your travel history when you have 2 cards in your My NS-account. To solve this problem, you can delete one card. You can always add this card again to your account.
