Good afternoon! I received from my employer a NS-Business Card. I activated my account 3 weeks ago via the link. Now I have tried to log in my account (because I have collected it today), but it says, that login or password are wrong. Okay, it may happen, but when I tap on “Forgot a password” button I don’t receive any email with the link and details. Seems like this feature doesn’t work at all.
Can you help me with it? I want to log in my business account to be sure that a card has been activated and I can use it without any problem.
