Hi,

Due to a failed automatic collection, I manually transferred the payment to the bank account. However, I later realized that I mistakenly sent the money to 'NS Groep' instead of 'NS Groep inzake NS Reizigers in Utrecht,' as indicated in the email I received.

Could you kindly confirm if the payment still needs to be made, or advise me on the steps I need to take to resolve this issue?

If you have put the correct description in the transfer, I don't foresee any problems.

NS Groep as the recipient is sufficient for the payment to go through, putting only NS should work as well. Example:
