Hii, I tried to activate my NS Flex subscription today but I am not sure if it was successful, because the screen had ‘Error’ written on top of it. Has anyone had this happen before? For some reason I can’t upload a picture but the machine said exactly this :

Error

How strange that it doesn't seem to work. It's best to contact our customer service to check wether anything was activated correctly and to get help if it wasn't
