Hello, It was said in my email that I can cancel my season ticket in 14 days and 13 days are over and I want to cancel it switch to NS Basic but it says I can change or cancel the season ticket only in a month. How to fix this?

It's not possible to change or cancel it yourself within the first month. You need to contact Customer Service. You can call them 24/7 at 030-7515155. English is spoken.
The 14 days are for cancelling the season ticket back to day 1. This means total roll back of all payments you made and services NS provided.
Travel costs then will be recalculated to peak hour tariff without discount and have to be payed by you.
If you want this, you are very late.
One month from season ticket start you can do the switch to NS Flex Basic.
