I am waiting for a month to change my subscription but still not working!

If changing in your My NS account does not work I would like to ask you to contact customer service via phone, chat, Facebook or X (formerly Twitter). My colleague can then change the subscription for you and check with you why the change online does not work. Apologies for the inconvenience.


What do you mean by "not working”?

Is there an error message when you try to make a change? If so, could you post a screenshot?
