I'm trying to purchase a commuter pass (NS Flex), but I get the error message like as "Price information could not be obtained from the online shop" and I can't make the purchase. 
I've been waiting for three days but still can't make the purchase.

This is an error that happens when not all data is present in your Mijn NS account. We're working on a more permanent solution for this, but you can solve this by filling in all the data right now.
