I’ve been trying to change or cancel my season ticket since last week. But it doesn’t work. It says, “Because of technical problems it is not possible to continue. Please try again later.” I’ve tried again and again and again. But it didn’t work. What should I do?
Just call Customer Service and they will solve the problem. 030 7515155. After a month you can cancel your subscription every moment.
