My name is Ifigeneia Gkouma and my OV-chipkaart number is 3528 0500 5379 0731. 

Yesterday I bought the NS Flex Dal Voordeel discount, but during my trip to Delft my discount wasn’t calculated and i paid the whole amount. Why? Is it possible to get a refund for the money i was supposed to not pay with the Flex product?

When you order NS Flex for an existing OV-chipcard, you need to load this product onto the card at a ticket machine before it takes effect. You should have received an email with instructions about this.

Since the season ticket doesn't seem to be active yet, it seems you did not complete this step. You should do so before your next journey and contact customer service directly by phone, chat, X (formerly Twitter) or Facebook to ask for a refund of the extra costs you made.
