Yes, this is included in the NS Flex Weekend Vrij 1st Class subscription in the same way as travels with NS trains.
During your travels, make sure to check-in and check-out at the poles and gates of the correct train operators.
When transfering between train operators, first check-out and then check-in.
Beware that Arriva gates and poles will show ‘Reizen op Rekening NS, 2e klas’ even though your subscription is valid for 1st class.
