Hello.
I have paid 18.29 euros by bank transfer to the account of NS. 
I have been emailed the account number. I paid.
But "payments" still says "not paid". 

You can call the customerservice or reach them by Facebook, X or chat. We are travellers like you, we can’t help you overhere.

It can take up to 3 days for a payment to be processed in our system. With Ascension Day this week it could take us a bit longer. If you paid shorter than 3 or 4 days ago, you may want to wait for the status of your invoice to be updated in your Mijn NS account. If it is longer ago, you can contact our customer service. I would recommend to send us a message via chat, X or Facebook instead of calling us. That way you can send us a screenshot of your payment directly.
