Hello!
I have an NS Flex Traject Vrij subscription from Amsterdam Lelylaan to Den Haag Central.
On Wednesday morning I went to work and checked in and out correctly, in the evening when I got home the check in did not work (the doors were open) and there was only one check in/out in Amsterdam Lelylaan.
I was charged 20 euros + 50 euros fine. How can I get a refund, as I was not able to check in at Den Haag?
