Hi Team,
I was having weeks subscription of 35.95 and I cancelled or changed this to free basic (which was suggested while cancelling) it) plan on 19th Sept. However, I could see it's not actually cancelled and calculated in the bill for this month.
I wanted to cancel my subscription as I do not have plans to travel via NS weekend. If required kindly check the hisroty for my travel on weekends.
Could you please check it and take the necessary action accordingly to minus that amount from the payment scheduled on 28th Sept?
