Yesterday I bought a traject Vrij season ticket for the route to my workplace. But nothing change since I bought it, my route is still charged in both direction. (I write to customer service too, but maybe someone has a good tip what should I do) 

When it is your first subscription you do need to activate it when it is placed on an existing ov-chipcard. It is not always valid right away, there must be a starting date in you confirmation.
