I ordered the “NS Flex Weekend Vrij” and my OV-card was due to be launched on Saturday.

But I forgot to activate the card before using it.

Because forgot the activation, I had to charge 20 euros on my card and go to Den Haag.

Since the balance was negative, I was able to charge another 4 euros and execute the activation.

(It is now active)

But the amount(24 euros) used before activation. How do I get a refund?

What a shame you didn't active the product before you started travelling. You can either use this form or contact Customer Service.
