Hi, how are you? I have this subscription on my NS card for one month now and since I’m using it, I didn’t notice any discount anything have changed in it and I have this problem for one month now even though I use it for one Month, I didn’t have much time to ask the customer service what is actually going on because none of the discounts none of the offers are working.

You should absolutely contact customer service about this.

This forum is just a place for travelers to help one another, but we can’t do much about subscriptions not working.


If you ordered it with an existing card, did you activate the subscription at a machine?


I activate the card, but are we supposed to activate it after getting a subscription as well?

Go to a machine, at a station or a smaller one in a store, present your card on the OV-chipcard reader, choose "bestelling ophalen (collect order)” on the screen, follow what's shown on the screen (choose “Akkoord” and present the card again) .
