Hi, I booked a ticket for tomorrow in the NS app, but I got the message “e-ticket import failed. Please try again”. I have tried multiple times, but I keep getting this error… And I can see in my bank account that the money-transfer is already done. So how do I get my ticket??

There's no general error, so I sadly can't help you here. I'd recommend contacting our customer service, to see if they can help you!
