Trying to order a new chip card with a season subscription, but the website keeps warning like this: This OV chip card can no longer be used for NS Flex. Choose a free new OV chip card. (E100)

Don’t really understand what’s going on since I do choose for a new card.

We had a malfunction this morning, but it should be possible to order a new contract now. When you choose for the new OV-chipcard, do you already uploaded a photo before you went to the next page?

Unfortunately there is an issue in our system which makes it impossible to order a contract when you just make a new My NS-account. Most of the time this is because your details are missing in our system. Please contact our costumer service for this so they can fix this for you.
