Dear Sir/Madam, I am observing a bit of a strange un-synchronization between the accumulated costs (much higher) in the app and declaration total that can be exported in Mijn NS. Could you explain the reason?

 

 

 

The widget that shows the accumulated costs is notoriously broken and often shows incorrect information, especially after a change of subscription. The invoices show the correct costs.


Unfortunately, that's correct.
