Hi All, Could you please someone explain, how can i claim Correction fare. I’m not seeing any option in NS portal but it says i can claim this within 6 months of the period.

I was not aware about the check in with OV chipkaart even if i have valid NS international ticket (For opting ns route weekend free offer). 

Contact Customer Service. In a lot of cases you will have a refund. In Mijn NS there is also a possibility.

Correction fares may have a different causes.  You can easily request a refund in the case when forgetting to check out: click on the journey in your travel history in My NS.. You will find a link to a form already completed in the journey details.
