Hello,

I was travelling from Breda to Nijmegen and i checked in twice at Breda from two OV card readers (one outside and one at the platform) because I was confused if I checked in properly.

Later ov card was scanned in the train and now I see a fine of 50 euros. I don't know what to do in this regard. Kindly help me.

Thank you

Hi @KN GOPINATH

You can't check in twice using a pole. If you've checked in properly outside in Breda at a gate, then the pole at the platform will check you out. You could've recognized this cancellation of your check-in by the message on the pole's screen and a double beep. Now unfortunately you've travelled without a valid check-in.

You could contact customer service by phone, chat, Twitter or Facebook to explain it to them and see if they might be able to cancel your 50 euro fine.
