i punched my ov chip card on wrong gate.As i am new in Netherlands and i did not know that what is exact gate for my Card . They charged me 50€ . Please refund my money .I will thankfull to you :)

If you want to correct this charge, please contact Customer Service.
As for the other check in at the wrong gate, you can contact the corresponding carrier for that! They are the ones to correct that for you.
