The terminal is not working.

Good day, I travel along the usual route Haarlem sparnwoude - Haarlem, and then Haarlem - Leiden, but very often when there is a large flow of people, the terminal does not work correctly and does not check out as it should. I have attached a screenshot from my personal account, I would like to know what can be done here because my attempts to correct it have been spent.

Correction can take place by contacting our Customer Service.
Can you please tell me which terminal is not functioning properly? The ID of the terminal should be easily spotted.

This has nothing to do with a malfunctioning terminal.

After the bus ride to Haarlem Spaarnwoude, a (double) check in in Haarlem (Spaarnwoude?) was registered, so the terminal is working.

There is a € 0,00 travel fee for Haarlem - Leiden, which only makes sense if you have Traject Vrij or Alrijd Vrij. In that case, a € 20,00 correction is not allowed (afgekocht reisrecht).

This should be waived. Contact NS Customer Service.
