Hi everyone, 

I reiceived today a mail telling me that : On January 23, 2024, a train journey was made with my OV-chipkaart without valid travel rights.

I have the NS flex and take always the same way to go to work.

Took the bus to Voorburg station, and then the train to Ypenburg (the station after Voorburg). I was controlled in the train and the controller said ok about checking in. And I checked out when i arrived. 

That's why i'm surprised to see this 50€ fee as I check-in and out everytime, and never had any issue. 

Update : i sax on my NS app that i apparently did not check-in, which I did and the controler saw i did.

How can insolve this issue ?

How unfortunate that you were billed an extra amount. Probably something went wrong with checking in, which caused you to travel without a valid ticket. In many cases our Customer Service is able to adjust this to only the journey price.
