Hi I ordered ov chip card and I think my adress is wrong. where can I change it?

If there is a problem with the delivery of your card, you can contact OV-chipkaart themselves for this. They deliver and produce the card.
Did you order a subscription with the card? Then you can also contact my colleagues if your subscription should be active but you can't travel with it as of yet. They can provide you with coupons so you can travel without the card.
