I am shadi bazaordeh. I had a train ticket from Rotterdam central to Gent Sint Pieters.

In check in out and check out, I made a mistake and 20 euros was paid with my card.

I am very thankful if you can help me in refunding 20 euros.

Did you check in with your OV-chipcard? In that case it's best to write a message to the NS customer service. They might ask you for your booking code or a screenshot of your ticket. If you checked in using your debit card, it's best to correct it via OVpay.
