I recently subscribed to NS and I want to subscribe to the bus on the same card, but this is not working well and I don't know why my card number is not accepted.
When you have a Flex subscription:You need to contact Customer service if you want a subscription for the bus. They will remove the so called BTM part. That means that you can travel with trains and you will have a subscription for a particular bus. But you need a balance in the case you want to travel outside of this subscription.
Without a subscription for the bus you must be able tot travel with it, als long as you have Flex, or enough balance in the case you travel without Flex.
Contact Customer Service, they are able to see what is on your card and what has to be done.
