Hello.  I have a problem, I forgot my NS card at home.  and i have to go on weekends.  I have a free ride pass.  Can you send me the QR code of my card or tickets

Contact Customer Service. It depends of the type of card you have. You probably need a new card when you’re far from home, this means hassle, waiting time and costs.  It is meant for when the card is lost. Sending the card from home is mostly faster en less expensive. You can make an appointment with Customer Service for traveling. A QR-code of your card does not make sense.
