I have applied OV-card for my daughter at the beginning of last week. However we did not get the card yet. This is the invoice number:**************

 

When will we get the card to our address?

Every year in September, there are problems with the OV-card distribution. It might take two weeks to receive your card. Contact Customer Service if your daughter has ordered a subscription. You will get  free/discount tickets for your journeys, to prevent travelling full-fare despite having ordered a subscription.
