Good morning,

I recently lost my personal NS card linked to my subscription in Amsterdam.

Unfortunately I can neither block the old card nor order a new one because it has not been linked to my account. I think my card number is linked to my subscription and my BSN but I can't find the information on my own. Can you help me?

Hello Solène ROHEL, welcome to our NS Community. If you have an NS season ticket, you can get in touch with our customer service to get the card number and expiration date, which are needed to block and replace the card. In the meantime you can also ask for temporary travel rights
