I ordered an ov chip card with a subscription but it never arrived. So, I called NS and they told me to order a new card so with a different number and that my suscription will transfer automatically on it if I remove the old one from NS, but it didn’t. And now I don’t how to put my subscription on the new card that I got. Do you have any answer ? Thank you

The subscription will be automatically transferred once you have requested a replacement OV-chipcard. This will not happen if you only ordered a new OV-chipcard. You can contact our customer service for the OV-chipcard details so you can request a replacement OV-chipcard. If you do have a contact with discount, you can also ask them for the temporary travel rights.
