Check Misses and wrong total

There are a couple of check-out misses on my card. Since I was traveling on the Arriva train, I could not claim a refund directly. I have to go to https://www.uitcheckgemist.nl/. But the page is not loading for several days. I get the following screen

Please let me know the solution.
