Hello,

On June 17,2023 me and my partner traveled from Bussum to Zwolle, I was on 40% discount. In fact, we have done check-out at the Bussum station that I have had remembered, but today I received the email saying “Due to the lack of a check-out for a trip you made, we have not been able to determine the fare with certainty.” However, my partner has not be charged for that only me although we both have made the check-out at the same time together. The total price is deducted is 18.20 euros, while going towards zwolle was only 10.20 euros. I do not understand how and what did it happen to the system which deduct the wrong price.

Would be pleased if you could help me out with that.

What a pity that something went wrong with checking out. The best thing to do is to reach our customer service to solve this problem.
