Checkout not validated

Hello,

I checked out from Train at a station but it was not validated and I can see the checkout greyed out with a question mark next to it. As a result I did not get back the difference between the 20euro deposit and the actual ride fee. Can I get some help to get back that amount?

I'm sorry to read that this costs you the full € 20.00. It is possible to get a refund for this! You can correct this journey yourself on this page or in your My NS-account. It is also possible to contact our costumer service to correct this for you.
